Reset Password for LRZ-Credentials

If you forget your TUMonline password and want to reset this password, you have to go to the IT-Support department of TUM with a valid ID or your passport.

Here you could find the Infomation of how to contact the IT-Support department:

  • Meet in Person (exp: you have to present your ID or passport):
    • Munich City: Karlstr. 45, 5. Stock. opening hours: Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00 o'clock.
    • Garching: Boltzmannstr. 10, 85748 Garching b. München, Room 10. irregular opening time, Appointments by E-Mails or phonecall are required.
    • WZW: Helpdesk of Informationstechnology Weihenstephan (ITW) in Langbau of Library building in Maximus-von-Imhof-Forum 3, attic, DGL 05. opening time
